Dr. David Bradford:  President/Chief Learning Officer, AESTEEM and the CORROSION College.  US Air Force veteran with service as a Joint Staff Officer with the US Navy, US Army, and US State Department.  Trained corrosion maintenance officer with ICBM missile and strategic bomber nuclear forces. Holds a Doctorate in Educational Technology and Administration.
